I love the colour and mass balance between the rock and the wooden pier, but I think we miss a little thing to focus our eyes to. I don't know, maybe I would've seen a plastic bucket (for sand castle) somewhere in the foreground, or simply a foot step in the sand. Or something very odd (whatever you'd think of), just to break the pattern. Anyhow, I don't want to be rude since it's a very nice shot nevertheless!
